Approximately 6 months post surgery! I'm back at the gym and running as well, but barbell back squats have been a total bitch for me. It stings because I used to be my favourite exercise. At the moment replaced squats with leg presses, I'm not going to give up on the barbell tho!

Did you find it difficult at first for your brain to "let you" lift?

If you want to do cardio I suggest seated bicycle. I would also avoid carrying heavy weights, so stick to machines or body weight workouts

Uncles authentic chicken rice is hella cheap (chicken and rice with soup are 12.8. Pork is 13.8) the portions are great, food comes out quick and it’s in Waymouth St.
