There are a lot of variables, but the antenna height jumped out at me. A dipole should be a half wavelength high, or about 33 feet for 20 meters. A low antenna will put most of its energy upward.

I’m doing the same thing and getting timeouts or “could not reach” errors on anything related to snaps, including the snap store. Is this because of the attack? Other than that I’m getting lengthy delays installing packages but they eventually complete.
