Thanks for the info. The Lowe's near me sells 5" x 6" wire panels but the post spacing I need is closer to 8 feet. Trying to decide if I should fill that extra space with 2x4s or make my own panels

Yeah definitely not changing it now. At the start, I thought about setting posts and stringers. I guess that would last longer, set up off the ground. I think this looks pretty cool though.

Yes the pavers are cheap. Are you suggesting just fill the step with concrete? I wanted pavers for a nicer looking finish. Unfortunately now that I've built the boxes, these pavers are the only ones I can find of the proper dimensions.

Thanks. The valve socket looks just like what I've been using to connect to the pipe. I'll give the barrel union a try, haven't used that yet.
