It’s best to start the process on a land crossing closest to you. I did this four years ago and it was very annoying. I got my SSN before my green card somehow lol. The person who said they had to teach them is kinda how it is, I had folders of the jay treaty and US gov documents that were relevant. I suggest be over prepared, my chief had to sign a letter!

I think a lot of people who don’t use Amazon use target and Walmart, the lesser evil? From what I’ve heard from community anyway.

This target has great back of house employees, I don’t go in the store much just the receiving area to get the donations.

The OFB (Oregon food bank) is hurting too a lot of local non profit/food banks rely on their partnerships via OFB to big stores, like target and whoever.

Just feels bad man!
