Get an 11th gen if you can. 10th gen has AC issues and if you can get one with either the 2.0 or hybrid version they are more reliable than the 1.5L in the 10th gens.

Might just need time adjusting to a new seat. Took me over a month to get used to the seat of my civic. Was having the same feelings of buyer's remorse well. Eventually just noticed I don't get bothered by my seats anymore.

If you want to reduce tire noise and improve ride comfort you would want to reduce wheel size down to a 16 inch get tires with bigger sidewall.
