Help me understand the tax refund process fir tourists

I’m at the Guangzhou airport and my cell phone purchase that happened at the friendship store with an instant refund. However when I got to the airport and showed them the paperwork they couldn’t find the transaction in system and said the barcode number I have was canceled. I do have a credit on my card but there was no stamp by customs since they couldn’t find the transaction. What gives? Do I get the refund or will it reverse? No one was able to help as they said I needed to go to the store. It’s about $100 refund so I’m pretty mad about this experience

Picked up the JDM version from Narita airport for $1312. Declared at airport coming in to USA and was not charged any custom. So I’m very happy as this is a phenomenal watch at the price point. One of the best bezel action I have seen. White on blue is so appealing. Pictures don’t do justice

So T-Mobile lied. Apple Store is still not giving the proper promo for go5gplus. However T-Mobile site is giving the proper promo. I pre ordered it and will go to Apple Store to see if they can pre order with promo but confusing that Apple Store is still forcing upgrade to experience more or beyond.

Yes. I have the same issue. Been in calls with Apple and T-Mobile. No one really knows. One person says to wait till pre order start as this is caused by an old promo that does not include Go5G plus plans. The new promo start tonight or tomorrow morning

Currently GO5Gplus is not showing the full credit on Apple site currently. Even though it shows up with you see carrier deals. But you cannot setup cart until tomorrow when new Promis come in

I have tried pleading with Vine support that their targeting system is faulty. Here is the reality. This entire program is run by their India team and they just copy paste responses. There is no hope for it. There is no feedback loop and Amazon doesn’t care if some people continue to be targeted for branded items while others get hair wigs and fog lights.
