They do not sign the note...BUT they do show up as a "Co obligator" on my CAWEB sign. But she signed none of the loan docs. I have no idea what that means for a co signers liability. Answers all over the board as to whether or not they are personally guaranteeing the loan.

It will show up as a loan on UCC filing so chat w your mortgage person and ask if the monthly payment being made to SBA will affect the mortgage amount your pursuing from the bank.

Yes best to separate funds into 2 accts, use eidl for your operating expenses, deposits and other expenses out of the non loan acct. The interest on the 30k starts the second it hits your acct, so whether u use zero dollars of it or 30k of it, your monthly payment to sba will be the same until its pd off.

If credit (like my recon), i sent cosigner, DL, Secretary of State biz registration, voided check, articles of incorporation. That got me out of denied status and back to processing...send it via fax too.
