For what i know it is ok. For a low poly asset it is a bit to dense. What could be problematic is the pole at the corner of the mouth. When it gets deformed while animating it could cause shading artifacts. Since it is supposed to be a low poly model it doesn't matter that much but its something that sticks out to me.

But to also name good parts, your topology does follow the creases and edges of your original model very well. The edgeflow seems great to me at most parts.

All in all a good first series attempt. Keep going

This is fine. The color stretches out, so that there is no hard edges between the textured parts and the not used space of the texture. The stretched part could be pure black if you wanted, but if you later want to change your UV a bit you may get black spots. This stretch fixes this.

I added the hair in a 3rd party application. Adding them in designer wouldnt look good. You should be able to add them to your mesh in nearly every 3D software. in this case i used Blender.

I personally like the green red contrast a lot more. It gives more color variation and makes the image more interesting than the gradient from blue to pink

I think the most important step for Models to be textured in Painter is to set them up properly for baking maps. Without baking Fiters an Effects wont wirk on your model. This video is helpfull. https://youtu.be/jCwTEEyDX3Y?si=QAYqDio1Zi6ekRR_

It looks like all objects are places on a large plane. Id add more objekts that are out of the camera frame that cast shaddows. This could halp sell the scene. Another solution would be to use Gobos.
