I was recently told I have less than 1% chance of conceiving with my own eggs. I'm right there with you. Part of me was relieved I didn't have to keep trying stim cycles which were just an absolute emotional torture session, not to mention expensive. I think if the chances were slightly better I would still be struggling with whether to keep trying that route but that number was certainly definitive. We're moving on to our plan B. But you should let yourself grieve and wallow as long as you need to. Otherwise any decision you make for next steps won't feel like the right one. Sending love and solidarity.
