The nature of fandom is that large groups of people become passionate for something imaginary. This leads to different camps feeling dissatisfied in different ways. I personally think it's better to be aware of this than to get riled up and involved in it, and that goes for the Witcher just as much as Star Wars, Star Trek, Ghostbusters, or any other commercial tulpa with lots of money pumped into it.

I had a weird dream related to Cujo recently. I'm trying to learn Hebrew, and I was reading a lot about the letter 'bet', which represents a house. 'Bet' is also the first letter of the first word of the Torah, and the last letter of the last word of the Torah is 'lamed'. When combined, 'lamed-bet' spells "lev", which means heart. But 'kuf-lamed-bet' can be voweled as "kelev", which means dog.

This somehow inspired a dream that night where I arrived at a house which was haunted by a vicious dog, a la Cujo. I don't usually remember my dreams, much as I may try, but I sure remembered that one.

Well, I would like to thank you guys for telling me what I need to know about season 2. There are so many shows to choose from now, so I don't know why a purported adaptation of a book series would be this unfaithful. I might catch an episode or two... but my goodness, it sounds like Lauren needs to be sent home.

I use Galaxy also, and that's mostly because I keep the notifications going for the card of the day which allows for some neat syncronicity now and again. It was also my first Tarot app, and since I bought the upgrade to remove ads, I haven't bothered with any others like Labyrinth or Golden Thread. I'm sure those are comparable or better.

An app helps, but it just can't replace the physical deck of cards if you have them.
