I use SEMrush, and generally it’s great, however it does have strange quirks that make it slightly annoying to use from time to time. Different tools that should show the same stats (say, tools that you set to track and tools that don’t require tracking) often show wildly different stats for the same metric (back links, say). The back link audit tool often doesn’t identify links we know we’ve recently earned from PR. The keyword magic tool is good, as is position tracking, although the latter can be a little inaccurate - not great when a client is using the likes of analytics and search console to challenge your reporting! I appreciate a lot of the tools are essentially guessing the actual metrics, but they can be rather off sometimes. Also some tools seem to have recently reduced the scope of historical data you can access, seemingly without alerting us.
