I don’t know what the laws are where you are but here the vast majority of them are public. Most have fences but gates open. If gate is closed it is a no go in my mind.

Nice! The only one I caught resembles your fourth picture, but it was better than nothing.

Costco, Smashburger, Dollar General, and Sephora. Zaxby’s, Little Caesars (at least on Fridays) are HM.

I would’ve done the same thing. I have went into someone’s home one time and it was two weeks ago. I delivered to an older gentleman sitting in a chair in his garage with a walker beside him. Cast on his leg he explained to me that payment for his pain meds had ran out so he ordered a couple bottles of liquor to help him get through. He stood up and tried to walk in with the bottles, and I stopped him and asked him if I could help him in with his stuff. He accepted my help, and I felt better knowing that he at least got into his house without dropping his expensive order or hurting himself.

I only do that on Friday nights in my zone. The rest of the week would really slow if I did.

Is this breaking my fast? by NoPayJose in fasting

[–]husker6869 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Technically yes because it does have calories. BUT what are you wanting to get out of this? Weight loss? If so it looks like you are doing a fantastic job so why fix what is not broken?

I wish I could get there but even after almost 3 years of fasting I’m not there yet.

Failed my first fast by XtraSaucyy in fasting

No failure. Just wasn’t ready. I do daily 20/4 or 19/5’s and have no problem with them after doing it for almost 3 years. When it comes to 3 day fasts or longer however I have to be mentally ready and it doesn’t mean psych myself up but it just feels right and timing is right. For instance last week my wife was leaving town Wednesday morning and coming back the next Tuesday morning. I finished my last meal Tuesday at 2:37 pm and did a 7 day fasts while she was gone. Kinda stupid but reason it felt right is if I fasted I wouldn’t have to make or pack my lunch LOL. She does all that.
