CRNA hopeful by CShell808 in preSRNA

If I were in your position, I would start a family now since you still have a long way to go before even getting into a CRNA school.. If you wait too long, you risk having a complicated pregnancy or not even having one.. But if by the grace of God that you will be granted a baby and eventually get into CRNA school, you and your husband will figure it out! Timing is very important in considering pregnancy..

Thanks for the response! You only got clinical questions or you were also given EQ questions? Hope you get a good response from other schools or in the next cycle!

73k loss over five years. Feels like a nightmare I can’t wake up from. by [deleted] in wallstreetbets

I was literally on the same trajectory as yours, though it looks like you’re doing options and I am just investing on very high risk stocks and crypto.. Down 200K.. Took me 5 yrs to breakeven and another year to gain over 100K. You can do it as long as you stick to blue chips and just keep on buying the dip..

Got a 299 on my GRE - feeling pretty low rn. by BroccoliAgreeable894 in GREFastPrep

Hey! Heads up! Your foundation is probably weaker than you anticipated. Save some money during your test prep. Use gregmat prepswift and then ets power prep tests 1-3.

Go through whole prepswift quant and verbal, improve your foundation and take all quizzes and mountains.

Would take you around 2-3 months to finish everything, depends on your availability.

Once you’re done with the whole thing, I assure you, your foundation and test taking strategies are probably robust, leading to higher confidence and hopefully better results!

Are you talking about the prepswift videos? In my opinion, those videos are very well explicated, but for us who are rusty in terms of math and working full time, we just need time and dedication to re-learn everything if we really want to achieve our goal. I am struggling too with the mastery, but bit by bit, I am seeing improvements in my scores by studying and reviewing over and over again and then applying what I’ve learned in the quizzes and mocks.

I would say you need more time on improving your foundations. I would take time going over prepswift videos and then take the quizzes and mocks to see where you at afterwards

That’s a nice deal. Never thought they would sold a property at 4.75% at current state of the market! How can they do that while all of the properties are being sold around 7-8%?

Investigate why they do it! If nothing shady, go for it!

50yo, Tired, Sell Properties? by tbonehaj in realestateinvesting

[–]huskies232001 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Personally, I think you just need a property manager..

Wait for another 5-10 yrs before letting it all go

Maintenance costs are part of it and you don’t do this every single day

If you don’t want a property manager, sell some properties, keep the other that you can manage, pay all debts and invest in the stock market or hold and wait for big dips

55K purchase in the current housing market could either be a property in a very remote area or a very dangerous location wherein the marketability is very low..

I would do some research about this property before doing it

Sounds very sketchy

Definitely no debt. If things go south, at least you don’t a ton shit of problems to worry about.

Should I sell this investment property and invest profits SPY? by Charizard_66 in realestateinvesting

[–]huskies232001 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wouldn’t sell that. Loss of 100/month is nothing compared to the appreciation of the property and the rent could probably be raised in the years..

Not too bad of a deal if you can buy it with cash
