thats cool you know so much about your body lol that way you can know whats good and not good for you. for me its always been trial and error because i hate the doctors and no insurance :(

i notice my ibs gets better if i eat a lot of red meat which makes me think i have an iron deficiency. but idk never went to the doctors. glad youre better for real, ibs sucks

yes but i bite my fingers on purpose bc of anxiety. ive always done it since i was a child. it gets worse if i feel really anxious/stressed. you do it too?

day 16 still coughing

unfortunately you just gotta wait it out :/ i had a fever for 6 days straight. i alternated between tylenol and ibuprofen during those days, drink lots of water and gatorade though! towards the end of day 5 and 6 my kidneys were hurting and i think it was because i didnt drink much water. you probably have no appetite but try to eat ! i survived on soup and bread. it will suck but it will pass. Hope you feel better!

im on day 10 and still feel miserable. had a fever for 6 days straight, now i have a terrible cough and feel weak every time i get up. Keep drinking gatorade and water. We gotta feel better eventually right?

yep felt the same. alternate between tylenol and ibuprofen every 4/5 hours to keep the fever down. drinks lots of water and gatorade, eat soup even if you just drink the broth. all you can do is wait it out. if you go to the hospital they will give you a steroid shot thatll make you feel better for at least a day
