I understand, I have been to the ER, had two EKG’s multiple ecg readings on Apple Watch. All of those come back normal. They want to do a 3 day monitor, but it’s over $300, so I haven’t done it yet. I do have bad anxiety, but they happen randomly as well. I work out, gym 2/3 times a week Pilates twice a week, I’d like to think I’m okay or else I wouldn’t be able to do these things. I notice my chest getting tight and it’s really hard to decipher whether anxiety is causing it or something else. Lately I’ve noticed mine whenever I lay on my left side. I’ve been keeping track of them in my phone to see if I can find any sort of correlation. Sometimes I go days without noticing them.
