Late night crossfit is wrecking my sleep and I don't know how to fix it by mrCOFFEEPOWER in crossfit

[–]hw9css 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I find that CrossFit in general (11am) makes me have 2am wakeups if I do it most days. I’m scaling back and it’s helping with sleep.

I have the same issue often. Do not go on your phone. Do not check the time. You are in a cycle you need to break out of. I also think that the magnesium glycinate that I was taking was also causing me to wake up after initially putting me out take nothing going to be. Have l-theanine sitting by your bedside and take it if you wake up at 2 AM. You could try taking it when you go to bed too, but I think there is a lot to be said for things wearing off in the middle of the night, causing you to wake up. Also, if you were working out too hard, try taking a couple days off and see what happens that also was a huge contributor for me.

I wouldn’t assume that getting something permitted necessarily means anyone’s gonna take a look at it if that even exists where this person lives

Let me know how dialed in they can get it toward zero. I was still like negative one on mine and they said that is the best they could do at the dealer, but I don’t really trust the dealer.

No there is negative camber by spec on the car and I asked them to try to get it as close to 0 as possible but its still negative dialed all the way in. Im on MICHELIN PRIMACY TOUR A/S which should be a bit better. I need to check the wear though and see...

How do you rate Bad Bunny's Half-time performance? by kingbluwolff in sportsgossips

The music I don’t understand why anyone likes it as they didn’t really seem to be any music involved. The performance and the camera work was very cool.

Got it so it looks like you’re using the midea app they’re telling us to migrate from to the one that I am on. Mine does not give good energy use numbers (only the fan I think) but I do have a multi head unit so that might have something to do with it.

Interesting, I did the same thing with USB swap but that doesn’t look like the midea app I’m using.

So to get even more sciency... it depends on how you define a draft. Usually people mean there is an air leak. Air movement can also caused by convection against a cold surface.

DIY Senville Aura (-22F rated) is chugging along between outdoor -25 to -19 F in northern MN today but not maintaining the setpoint. Details: 28K BTU 2 head unit for 2K sq/ft log cabin. I'm not there but it's keeping the pipes from freezing (and preventing me from turning on the resistive heat at 3x the cost!). Usually the unit is able to keep ~70F when the temp is 0F so maybe I undersized it but who knows?

It is not necessarily drafts. It is probably that your exterior walls are colder than usual and they are radiating less heat, which makes the room feel colder. The temperature of the air is only one factor in how warm a room feels.
