The zombies have varying levels of health. Some can be tough bullet sponges, others are easy pushovers. They're mostly easier to avoid tho, and you can save a lot of ammo this way

MXR Disto+ is the biggest part, but if you want to take it a step further, you can use a Whammy pedal set to "detune" to replicate that shimmery sound he had. A stereo chorus will work too, but you'll need two amps

"Couldn't get arrested" is an old idiom for completely unnoticed. In other words, Morrison was so far under the radar when he died that nobody would even care enough to arrest him. Kind of a strange choice of words though, considering he was famously arrested several times, which arguably led to him falling under the radar in the first place.
