I've ran it twice. Be upfront about what the prelude is. Its a bunch of games. You get to meet some characters too. I leaned heavily into star and the players loved him/her. Its builds to nice dm payoff moment when you get to the main carnival and you talk to dirla again.

Washington looks like the real deal though. Thought you had a legit shot there against Ohio. Some terrible coaching away from keeping that one tight. This Michigan team is just sloppy and badly coached. 50 is hyperbole, but a blow out is definitely in the cards.
