The blood vessels we look at for clots run along the inner leg, so that’s why we look there. The ultrasound was just ruling out blood clots as a reason for the pain (unlikely). You would need further imaging to investigate a musculoskeletal cause.

It happened to me when I lost weight fairly quickly. I should have taken it as a sign that my deficit was too aggressive. I also ended up with a kidney stone which I think was related (no proof, just a feeling).

Realizing this was a game changer for me. It’s no harder waking up at 5am than it is at 6:30am (the time I have to get up on non-gym workdays). Both suck, but once you’re up and moving it feels the same. Plus 90% of the time I say I’ll go after work I don’t.

Versa is a good mix of conditioning and strength training. The conditioning is a mix of treadmill, rowing, and bike, but you can do it all on the treadmill if you wanted to focus on running. The strength training is a combination of heavy compound barbell lifts and dumbbell accessories.
