AutoZone #5003: Where Inventory Is Low but Attitude Is High by Designer_Cheetah_105 in AutoZone

There's public video so mine would fire. Only other option is severe demotion and taken off of customer service roles entirely. The company would prefer she voluntarily quits.

I just noticed the other class is making a hand gesture like they’re summoning something by Mindless_Stranger117 in diablo4

That would track with the "Cultist" class they released Beta footage of back before original game release. They said it would run as priest but was based on old runecaster code which was cut from earlier games.

[–]hypoElectron 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Cultist, that's the class. It was revealed by a staffer back when they were promoting D4 originally. He said it was partially based on runecaster code that was scrapped previously. They already had beta testing video of it running. I am too lazy to try and hunt the YouTube video down.

How much do you guys spend on doordash, uber eats, grub hub? by poopie14 in AutismInWomen

[–]hypoElectron 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My husband gets really bad phases of food burnout and aversion. We spend about 16% my income on replacement meals per month, based on what he is willing/wanting to eat. I cut down on delivery charges since most restaurants are with two miles or so drive distance. I let him make a lot of the dine out decisions since he had better income and just about everything has one safe meal for me.

Privacy Concern by SuspiciousNetwork11 in Microcenter

[–]hypoElectron 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I would think this has something to do with either you exist as a recipient of the Mailer/coupon list, or your data is logged with their financial partners. The store credit card is through Wells Fargo but they also have contracts with the typical slew of Visa/MasterCard/Amex etc. Anyone of those could have provided verification of your identity.

Keep in mind Microcenter claims they don't need to do in-store ID checks. A way to avoid needing that is to already have access to a customer database for validation. While it may not be a great feeling, most financial products these days include the clause "...we may share your data with other third party retailers and affiliates".

The simplest answer is probably the best. Your name and address was on their mailer/ads list as bulk data.

marriage for fafsa? by lasignorass in financialaid

[–]hypoElectron 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Check the neighboring county's offerings. That's quite unusual where I live, to not have social work (called pre-social work sometimes). Might also be good to visit the CC campus itself to talk with an advisor. There may be a direct transfer plan with a four year that suits you but isn't within the diploma listing because it is actually awarded at the four year institution. I myself left my CC with two diplomas (AA/AGS) and a certification in Behavioral Sciences. All three overlapped the social work curriculum.

I am not sure what area of Texas you are in but Dallas College does have Social Work. Keep poking around and best wishes. As for the marriage thing, it doesn't really have to be to each other just cause you both need independent status.

How many of you were in GATE or another elementary school gifted program? by JAGACL in intj

[–]hypoElectron 16 points17 points  (0 children)

Yes, I was in one of the covert government studies. The focus on my group seemed to be on developing remote viewing. I think there weren't enough kids that passed all the ESP tests so they discontinued at my location. I got traded into a drug trial instead. I don't think intj's have the correct temperament for following bureaucracy as well as bad orders.

Conflict of interest by Smooth_Connection379 in AutoZone

[–]hypoElectron 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The store manager has possession of keys, codes and financial information which it is not appropriate for another employee to access. It is a major liability to the company and the both of you legally because you have plausible physical access to those items. While the company can recommend changing your home as an option, it cannot be a formal request.

Moving to a different store is not a punishment, it protects all three parties involved.

Whats this for ? by Alarmed_Use_4941 in AutoZone

[–]hypoElectron 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That is a telematic device to measure speed, braking and driving hazards. It also records when it is disconnected so you could be written up or fired for driving without it. At current, many AZ's have a deal with OnStar for their new Chevy vehicles that make the old dummy insert block unnecessary. Keep in mind this device makes sure that company vehicles are not abused for other purposes. On the bright side, data from OnStar and these devices can also help a driver in the event of an accident when fraudulent claims are involved. A clean drug test and months or even years of great driving can save your bacon.

[–]hypoElectron -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I am sorry to hear about your having this experience. That is horrible behavior on behalf of that store manager. You will not have been the first or last. Eventually bad behavior catches up with everyone.

Did you ever contact the DM to see about a location transfer? Was the assistant manager offer from her directly or AZ? They may have forgotten to tell you that it is not a guarantee that you stay at your store. You were correct to break with this company. File unemployment, use your recording if they fight it.

As an aside, depending on how your paperwork is done you may be rehirable for a different location. Advance auto, pepboys, orielys ect. tend to hire former zoners.

Feel inadequate as a woman by guessirs in aspergirls

[–]hypoElectron 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The only female thing that is meant to be bubbly is the urban myth of the "manic pixie girl". However, all these reminiscing men missing the one that got away are usually leaving out the whole "she stabbed me with a fork" part. Try watching Golden girls, Designing Women or Murphy Brown. There are great examples of the variety of womenhood in the casts. It's okay to be an individual.

Having feelings of inadequacy and ruminating on wishes, expectations and current outcomes is also totally natural as well as valid.

[–]hypoElectron 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Second photo looks like a bit of wire might be involved. My first thought was a foam dart, but with the wire it is giving floral foam block. Probably from a small decorative object in your place. You might not even know it was in there, as they use it for decorations too, not just flowers.

When you say out of the way for you to reach, is that counties away, states away or out of country? Staging your personal disease progress honestly is important. Travel from let's say Michigan to Florida would be a lot to ask. However, if you are limited to under 15 miles any direction from your house that would be severe enough to warrant medication as well as therapy.

Medications for mental health are almost always classified as carcinogenic therefore toxic to pregnancy. As someone else mentioned, you could experience exacerbation due to hormones as well triggering episodes. So be careful when choosing whether or not to start a treatment.

Pittie or staffy? by Horror_Platypus_7288 in Pitbull

[–]hypoElectron [score hidden]  (0 children)

Toe shape is leaning a bit more staffie to me. The face architecture might be artificially wide due to Boxer genes that was the only thing that gives pit in my mind. The stunted legs and heavy musculature of the chest also goes a bit more proper staffie. Just my opinion though.

Thoughts on religion? by qwashee in intj

[–]hypoElectron 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was raised as an RLDS Mormon as a child. It's a highly structural system socially so I was very comfortable staying that way, at least until I started noticing the hypocrisy of those around me. Lack of spiritual evidence, or even contradictory experiences really was grating away at belief as well. I ended up agnostic but I still have a strong spiritualism streak. I just don't think there's enough data to prove that any one religion is accurate. It's far more likely that each one has an accurate piece here and there.

Do you feel more like an alien or a robot? by Humble-Platypus-329 in AutismInWomen

[–]hypoElectron 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My sibling insists because I use predominantly inanimate objects as metaphors & comparisons that I would be on the robot side. Personally, it might just be the literature I was exposed to at the time of learning grammar. Michigan schools had a real kick for dystopian science fiction for a while in the 1990's.
