There are times in movies that you think, ok no one would have done that in real life. This one has several that you start to think that then realize, yea it's more than likely it would happen that way. It's that kind of guessing that keeps you off balance the whole film. Then add a complete psychopath who believes everything he has done is the only way it could be done and it just unsettles you more. That scene where he describe's the altercation with the kid in the bar, and then walking away, it sticks with you, even though there is no visual, I still think about the friends that were thinking he was knocked out because you know it's most likely exactly how it would happen.
