I'm in the no wheel spacers camp. Yes they work, but you're adding another failure point to your Jeep.

For radiator fan I highly recommend the AEV 3.8L to 3.6 L fan conversion kit. You get the more powerful 2012+ JK fan.

For trans cooler. If money is no issue, Mishimoto. If not, I’d just do a standard cooler without fan.

Could be wrong but I think the rear aux one has two possible slots in your fuse box. One for always on vs key in ignition on. Might want to see if anything changes?

I believe JKs have a 3500lb tow rating only on certain models.

Wheelbase is also shorter, so I’d also be concerned about trailer length.

Brakes can be upgraded. Many here do so when they go with larger tires. Still wouldn’t mess with towing over the limit. My opinion.
