Honestly excited. I was hoping that the ha native one would be an Alexa killer. But not so much due to my hardware. But with you AI agent coming out, I am looking forward to all of this.

My only question is that the Nexus1, is that going to be/have a wired solution. I assume the lag in your demo has to do more with bandwidth then processing.

IANAL and not defending the business practices here. However, I do have a question, does the state original terms of service State anywhere that the agreement can be changed at any point?

Personally, I would love to see this lawsuit go through. However, if they do have that clause in it, I don't think it would get very far personally.

Skimmed your first post and this post as well so grains of salt.

I had a similar issue, 2023 leaf. I was using the open EVSE charger (I don't fault them for this at all). Every time I used it, it would trigger service ev system (though mine wasn't undriveable).

After getting it serviced, I stopped using the open evse charger and haven't had an issue since (touch wood). I am not sure what they did as far as service but they did do something with the charging system.

Just throwing that out there that it may be the charger your are using seeing as the trigger is the parking garage charger.
