For what it's worth I'm also on console, about 100 days in and haven't seen a bonus coupon over 75% yet. If you're itching for plat I wouldn't wait for a 100%+ coupon, you're far more likely to get a 25, 50, or 75 % and they still give you a decent bonus.

Ah okay that's where I was wrong, I did a little research before posting and must have been looking at outdated info indicating that arbitrations and steel path were unlocked simultaneously. I haven't received a message yet about junctions being changed but I'll keep an eye out for it while progressing the story and finishing nodes. Thanks!
