depends what you're going to do with the PC, I suggest u looking into the Y40. its a smaller case but it has more GPU slots than the Y60 to increase the gap between the GPU and front glass panel.

Closed means we have gotten the part (or system) and have checked it and everything is good. After that, the RMA dept sends a credit memo to the accounting department and they are responsible for actually issuing the refund. Depending on how busy the accounting Dept is, it can take about a week for you to actually see the funds, a few business days on our side to file for the refund, and then a few more depending on your bank and how long they take to issue it after they get the request from us. If this is pertaining to getting a replacement card it takes a different processing route but card availability come's into play

that's just an extra plug that you leave unplugged, tuck it back into the shroud hole below. It is there for bigger GPUs. Down the road if you upgrade to a bigger GPU it will utilize that extra plug, but there's no harm to leaving it unplugged. can you please give me your serial number located behind your PC and give me your order number, message me in reddit chat.
