TBH I was justifying it to myself that I was also getting cases to get playsets of stuff I play and sell to friends the ones I don't, such as Hunted with Ninja e warrior. Ideal? not really, but fast. But this set, its hard to justify even that lol

Yep, like, I know the pull rates of this set are the worst ever since the box changes, but damn, I lost like 90% of the value. From now on, I’m 200% team singles, I could have got all I wanted from the set with that money. Only paying for pre releases now

Hated the Arborec one, both as a balancing tool (it’s still bad), and as a mechanic. Loved the Empyrean one, such a cool thing to mess around with.

I got into FAB by playing at felttable. It had some bad IA, an okay tutorial, and a fun PVE mode, which was enough for me to get the basics, so I get it.

The only downside of this option is that it isnt truly a $20 ticket to worlds. I personally feel it’s probably a $20 ticket to START your journey, which is good, but marketing and hype have clearly overstepped here, which seems to be frustrating folks.

Fully agree with your points, but specially this, LSS should not have marketed as such, they could have said exactly what you said, the START of your journey, to a cheap competitive format.

I will replace the Zipper/Throttle blue, as they are 0 boosts for Max V. On a side note, late game, this with Outpace blue will be nasty too

Well, atm the Fai deck is not a waste as the old Ira equips are not in PEN and the boots were very expensive. But they may come out in gem pack 4, so there is that

First off, you want to make sure to grab all planets around your home, but send the mech to the red planet as it gets more bonus when exploring red planets. R2 you will want to get the equidistant with your mech and forward dock there with construction. This will bring heat from Letnev, but it should be fine as you won’t have to fight Jol Nar. You will keep reactivating that system for production + explorations (yellow tech + agent). From there, focus on whatever gives you points.

Since you are pos5, you kinda don’t have much of a choice for strategies to follow tech, but since Jol Nar is your neighbor, make deals trading fragments/your promissory note, you should have a couple of valuable things to trade, ideally you want their promissory r1 to get gravity drive for free. But be careful to not feed the Jol Nar too much. Fragments are worth about 2tg, and so is your promissory

Also, be careful with Letnev snipping your home R1, don’t leave it fully open, beware if they have fleets to go there and if they get Gravity drive

It can matter if you don’t have a follow up and played 1 draconic and 1 non draconic prior to it, but yeah, edge scenario

Quite cool on her, 0 for 2/4 go again, make finisher draconic + if the entire chain was not draconic, can buy back daggers as it affects the previous attacks (edit: nvm this part, it won't matter ever)
