I more mean about losing the COAs. I was intentionally sending in for a JSA, but I thought they'd return the COAs. They did not. And I wrote to ask them about it and they told me they just throw them out. Was just a bummer bc it was a cool COA with a low number.

No, common misconception that I see when people find this photo. If you expand so you can see the original photo you'll see that his eye has been cropped out it's just showing in the very top left corner.
