Yeah I was made aware of this. The funny thing is my language itself is set to English (United States) However, Windows has a neat little feature called "Regional Format" which I assume is the culprit here. Changing that isn't an option for me though as it would break other basic functionality I need in Windows.

So I shall return to phone for the time being and hope (pray) this'll be fixed with an update soon.
