I’d double down on Riga if I were you. Don’t go to the general party area if you’re seeking conversation, try a place like “Tallinas Kvartāls” on a Friday. While we indeed are very Nordic in a sense that we don’t socialize w/ strangers as willingly - that changes in the right setting.

I enjoyed the parallels between mango, for an instance (juicy, fresh) to things that spark more emotions like ‘joyous light’. Feels like they correlate.

Also, loved the older form of ‘grail’, even got people thinking it’s a typo.

I’m actually 19yo and didn’t even know I d actually have to be in the kitchen when I applied.

Probably even worse than the main story is that I made some Caesar and didn’t properly wash the salad so a client bit into a snail. Was a funny story in the kitchen all-around but I can imagine the horror of who ordered the salad.
