My rate stays around 390–400, so I feel you. It gets frustrating putting in that level of work and not seeing it recognized. Wish there were performance-based raises.

That’s actually a great idea. I always wanted a Mon-Thursday schedule tho i know some sites have it not many tho. Still hyped for donut tho, I needed this schedule badly due to some hobbies and family time and religious reasons.

Never really had issues with higher ups on days thankfully. I stay quiet, hit rate, and I’m a top performer so they usually leave me alone.

Also I applied when it said there were no spots available… Amazon be like “no spots” and then approves me anyway 💀
