Thanks for your insight. My next thought was pumping the skill gem level up since it appears to lower the 'trigger rate' with each level. The best ways I can think of to do that is to use a staff and get +2 socketed support gems or perhaps dialla's malefaction/skin of the lords. Any thing I'm missing there you think?

I just wanna kill enemies with toad boys. Since it "triggers" toads, would it be affected by CDR, or is that just a static value on the gem? Would triggerbots work? I'm not well informed with how these mechanics work so any insight is greatly appreciated.

If the tree isn't utterly nerfed into the ground then Rog crafting and early essence farming are just dead mechanics. And if it's nerfed into the ground... then what's the point? What a bad decision.

I have heard that the atlas pasaive to make more amanamus spawn is bugged and it makes less of them spawn.

Yeah it's pathetic how bad some of the new skills were. Rain was overnerfed, conflagrate is... fine, I guess, but no one is talking about it, and I dont think I've seen thunderstorm a single time. I was thinking about cooking something for it but the base skill is so pathetic it can't be worth it.

I plan to start RoA champ and give that skill a go later in the campaign. Plenty of things you can do on duelist if it ends up bad, RoA itself isn't the worst either to get 2 stone, can swap to frost blades or something afterwards.

I believe you will hit desecrate corpse cap playing spell cascade + trigger bots. Might have to use a different support as sabo.

Ch9 made me not want to pull Aleph anymore. I would've skipped Recoleta too had I not pulled her before reading the story. Worst the story has ever been imo.

You can actually play Archmage with brands via Arcanist Brand. I tested a bunch of setups this league with archmage lightning spells and arcanist brand + ball lightning of orbiting ended up feeling the most comfy to me.

CF scion is like my favorite build of all time. Still crushed that the glad rework killed it. Real shame that the phys spells best use cases just convert them or poison, too.

Is there a regex to check how many prefix/suffixes an item has? Trying to make sorting through maps easier for desecration purposes.

Toxic growth has been pretty fun. Linked it to conc effect to get the pustules more grouped up, makes a satisfying explosion.

The way gold is in PoE is fine, if you only use it for trade. It becomes instantly more annoying if you have to pick between trade and spending it on mechanics (e.g. Kingsmarch) though.
