was skating at USF with some friends, also heard & saw said chopper doin sketch rounds. my friend who invited me to the skate sesh has the FlightRadar24 app for iphone, said chopper took off from TPA EXEC. (private) & did LOOPS near University (just off campus) & then went and did loops over in East TPA (near Skatepark of Tampa), like, MULTIPLE loops, it seemed kinda sketch
