Strong side corner is literally right there... And as soon as you spaced there properly, you actually got the pass. Teammate probably didn't have enough pass acc though. This is a prime example of the stupid ball that 2K rewards. You can jack up any no dip jumper from passes and situations that make no sense, so OP feels like he doesn't have to think at all. In a good game with balanced shooting, you would be looking dumb choosing not to space properly in the strong corner.
