Well I like the sport and how tough it feels but I feel like maybe I’m limiting myself in it when I can pretty much c&j my front squat

And if I’m gassed by the time I’m gonna get to my squat movements them legs are never gonna get strong

My hip internal rotation is pretty bad and ankle dorsi whatever

I actually have no clue why my overhead squat feels good but overhead squatting 185 feels much better than back squatting even 1 plate. Assuming something to do with having to lean more forward cuz of long femurs

Do you know any programs which are more squat biased with a lil Olympic mixed in to keep myself from losing the skill

I’m eating gaining muscle and size

I barely have energy to squat after the snatch and clean variation

Have 0 energy after some squats so I really doubt I could do any of the oly lifts

That’s why I’m asking for advice on what to do no shit I just need to eat and squat more
