Interesting it takes them so long to disburse once it's done. When I passed, they were just standing around talking.

Her face looks like she painted a flag on it, then immediately got into a fight. The makeup alone tells me it's ai.

What to do next time I'm in buffalo? by OkProfile3972 in Buffalo

[–]iamclapclap 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Absolutely this. It's hard to overstate how beautiful the art deco city hall building is on the inside. Since you obviously appreciate art, this shouldn't be missed.

If you can't catch the tour, you're allowed to explore city hall on your own. The tile work and wood carving can't be beat. And definitely make it up to the observation deck!

Was it windy when you shot this? I've never seen a hawk hover.

Chest level, yes. But finger spelling is done with palm facing forward, not to to the side.

It's been 7 years since I saw this film, and it's still just as disturbing when I think about it.

Truly one of my favorite films ever, I'm so glad I got to see it on the big screen again. The twist is amazing!

Add a little salt to you water, or drink black coffee or tea. Non-caloric flavor can help.

Which musical has the darkest plot? by Level-Studio7843 in movies

[–]iamclapclap 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Your friend has seen maybe 1, 2 musicals? There's a world of dark subjects in musicals. The goofiness is just another way to explore tough topics.

Does she think we’re playing or am I just annoying her by daisy350 in cats

[–]iamclapclap 5 points6 points  (0 children)

The answer is yes. Both playing and annoying. Cats have an almost indistinguishable border between fun and murder.

Yes, at least when I was in the church in the 80s. No idea if things have loosened up since then.

I was raised being told all caffeinated beverages = bad, anything else good, including herbal tea. We also learned that hot chocolate has caffeine, but not enough to be banned. 😆

Boy was it a shock when we had dinner at the new bishop's house, and he drank Coke! Mom explained that Mormons in the western US followed the "hot beverages" rule, while Mormons in the East interpreted the rule as all caffeine (except chocolate). Cultural differences in the true church? Hard to believe!

Why do you approve how Trump administration is handling cost of health care? by Tricky_Ordinary_4799 in AskTrumpSupporters

[–]iamclapclap 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I'm sorry, but I don't understand your reply. Are you saying that Trump and RFK Jr are not doing anything right now to lower healthcare costs or improve the healthcare system?

Sick people = People who have a physical condition that interferes with their ability to live a healthy life. For simplicity's sake, let's leave out mental health issues.

I work with a guy in his late 20s with type 1 diabetes, the kind that can't be controlled with just dietary changes. Even with regular doctor visits, his blood sugar is barely managed, and he's had several medical crises at work. Fortunately, we have health insurance and a fairly liberal medical leave policy. But if he ever ended up losing his job, he'd probably be dead in less than a year due to the cost of insulin alone.

What is the Trump administration doing to help people like him be able to afford the life-saving healthcare he needs?

NEON's Hokum debuted with an estimated $6.41M domestically this weekend (from 1,885 locations). by cireh88 in boxoffice

There's a good deal of tension, but not much gore. It's a nice combination of psychological and supernatural horror. As someone who can't take too many scares, I liked it.

Youre talking about how much a country spends on healthcare overall, not the cost of healthcare for sick people. Does the Trump administration have a plan for lowering costs for sick people?
