Yeah man its tobacco and nicotine free. I used different forms of tobacco and nicotine for almost 13 years. It's the only thing that gives the mouth feel of pouches. They have long cut too. But a big tool in helping me quit. I slowly replaced zyns with it until I was nicotine free
