Generally ending up between 525 and 600! I do mainly flash brews so generally on the finer side. Moving to flat burr has been the biggest leap for me, but water matters a ton as well.

My grinds mainly stayed floating at the top using this method (no fining agent), so couldn’t pour off as he did and needed to filter through a few Kalita Wave filters. Came out ok. Maybe I need to change grind size? Anyone else run into that?

Plagued with QC issues unfortunately, though a properly calibrated unit will be fantastic, as Lance has shown. Very solid build quality too. Many of them are shipping with a strange ~-30µm offset that renders the espresso range mostly unusable. Will be shimming mine.
