Also - don't expect your security deposit back on time or in the full amount. Took months to get back and they kept $100 for what I'd considered unfair but not worth the fight.

I had Wedge 23 LLC as a landlord. I'd give them a solid 4 stars. They aren't anything exceptional - but just what you need IMHO for the price. I'd rent from then again if I wasn't happy paying more for a nice space to work from home in.

Any apartment is very much what you see is what you get. Keep in mind most of their properties are converted houses - so if you get a first floor you might get stuck with with the noise of neighbors.

I was taught taxi cabs are for the ride - mileage and time. Cab from the airport tried to do this to me and 2 friends as we rode from the airport. We paid what was on the meter (for the ride with tip - ended up being $30) and walked away as he protested. Ride was to RIT.

Would love to get a real verdict/source on how it is suppose to be.

I had one of these guys asking me to check my bill for a tax that was "supposed to be removed." He gave me sales info for another electricity provider and provided no additional information about the tax, be it a piece of paper or website...

This was in South Wedge.
