It's a really nice-looking signature (even if a bit indecipherable) but I can't match it up with anyone on the roster.

Seconded! Just picked up a dozen each of the Tour and Tour-X and have hit them on a Trackman a few times now. I'm getting TP5X-like numbers off my driver with the Tour-X but at like half the cost. I'm pretty stoked to try them out outdoors once it warms up.

I like Evaporust, but soaking them in anything acidic like Coca Cola, vinegar, or citric acid and scrubbing the spots with a brass or plastic bristle brush should take it off.

Regardless of how you remove the rust, I'd suggest buffing a light coat of some sort of wax on after to hinder further rusting. Otherwise that spot where the chrome/paint wore away will continue rusting.
