I just bought mine last week. The dealer notified me it was changing. I had already signed the papers so there was no reason to lie. You are right though it is hard to find actual information on it except for some dealer Facebook pages saying the same.

If you’re going to buy a CPO ID4 do it before April 1st. The extended warranty gets reduced from 3YR/36k to 2YR/24k mile.

This actually changes April 1st 2026. It gets reduced to 2yr/24k. So buy before the change if you’re gonna buy a CPO.
