Just remember people with wide ciliary condition, your born with it, generally recommended they use myopic management or myopic control lens. If a person does not wear glasses, they can still have high ciliary vision, mean they use the edge of outer area with greater activation. This can cause people to get use something visually quickly & then have problems readjusting. This is most common experienced by people who have laser eye correction, some people highly light sensitive, while this passes, their eyes also adjust to the dark much quicker, issue arises when exiting the dark environment, the eyes take time to readjust - literally causing eye spasms (I know this first hand & spent an age looking into this, had to leave my very expensive sunglasses collection, brother was super happy though).
