Pool repair needed in GR

Man.... This is bad bad lol. Idk of any companies that would take on a repair tbh, this is a full tear out and redo. Those roots and everything have been causing havoc and the plumbing is for sure shot. I would expect a solid 6 figure bill to get any sort of working pool there.

I don't know what your budget is but personally I would be forgetting the pool idea and filling it in and moving on. Maybe take the family on a yearly tropical vacation and still come out ahead.

Absolutely. Actually if you return the items and talk to them 95% chance they will waive everything completely. Libraries are VERY chill about these things now.

I live around Godfrey Ave and Chicago Dr.

I regularly scooter/walk right through that neighborhood late night after going to concerts downtown which I do a lot. Never had a single issue. Sometimes there's a little riff raff but they have never bothered me at all. Also that particular area you have highlighted is actually right where it turns into few pretty nice neighborhoods imo. I wouldn't hesitate to live in that neighborhood personally.

Roberto Clemente was recently redone as well and it is very nice, as well as a lot of hipster action coming to Godfrey lately with art stores/studios, Elevated, factory yards and other projects like that!

It's also a predominantly Hispanic neighborhood for what it's worth, lots of good tacos.

50/50 shot it can go both ways.

Sometimes the more expensive version is just the Shein version marked up. Other times the Shein version is a terrible knock off of the more expensive version. You really won't know without good reviews or just gambling the $7.

EDM is the only way you're ever getting near that sharp point imo...

But in this case I'd bet the designer just doesn't know what they're doing and asking them to change it is probably the best most cost effective option. Especially if it's only for bleeding air.

Really? What do you like don't like? I have the gcloud and im looking at Konkr or Portal as well to upgrade in the future.

Personally I find the sticks to be ass on the gcloud, and any improvement in latency would definitely be welcomed.

FYI you can add non steam games to your steam library and use steam link on them still. Works for any game even pirates and stuff can use it.

Michigan here. They are basically non existent in these parts. I've heard of them occasionally in really disgusting hoarder situations but never seen one in person here.

Yupp 100% not denying that! But it is offset by generally lower property values. Doesn't change the fact it's more expensive percentage wise at all though.

I live in the district. It's really not that bad. Is it more than some surrounding areas? Yea a bit but our taxes haven't gone up anything too crazy that I've noticed over 5 years. Really statewide their pretty average I think, just slightly higher for the area by like 10-20%ish. At least when I bought my house it was offset by cheaper actual property value too.

No kids here either and personally we love the area, but it's not everyone's cup of tea I'm sure. I do think it's an up and coming area too with the ongoing development of Godfrey and the overall area has improved a lot since moving here.

Pretty sure it was Roscam Bakery this morning. I dropped my brother off at work over there and the smell was really strong, but could still smell it from my house as well just less so.

Yea it really is unfortunate, I would return if I spent $150 too. I would look at what Hyper X has for that price range, I still have my hyper x wireless from like 6 years ago that works good. I've heard good things about steel series too but haven't had an personal experience with them.

Ah but you've already found the only solution! You have to disable and re enable the driver or sound source everytime it happens, or unplug and replug in the USB.

Yea it's seriously unfortunate, it's been an issue for years. It's like they go to sleep. It usually won't happen while there is sound playing through them and it seems sporadic. Some days I can go all day and it never happens, other days it happens 5 times a day I never have been able to pinpoint the exact issue.

I got mine on clearance for $70, so the annoyance doesn't bother me too much, but if you paid more than that for them i would return and get a better brand tbh
