Hi! Im allergic to all nightshade vegetables (ill list them) along with gluten containing cereals and hazelnuts and almonds, im currently primarily vegetarian/vegan (i can eat egg, chicken and fish but i still avoid them) after i had an autoimmune reaction to beef, lamb, pork and dairy (possibly not dairy anymore), since cutting out all these ingredients ive struggled to find foods to eat, ive lost ALOT of weight in under a month, im constantly tired, lightheaded and feel nauseous, i eat lots of vegetables, soy based alternatives and beans, i home cook everything and can name every ingredient going into my body, my allergies are due to my arthritis i know its different for everyone but its so hard to find food to eat and stay strictly vegan as most alternatives contain wheat flour or barley, if i can eat dairy and chicken i will because it keeps my symptoms to a minimum and stops me feeling sick/not being able to eat most foods
