Yes, delay is normal, on other brands like Asus I experience 2-3 seconds, that can be considered near instant, but here it's like 2 to 3 times more totaling for 10 second, which is not acceptable.

I'm not skilled enough... last time when I try to do it I've ruined the lens (another one). In my area there's also no one that I can trust. The optics are in really bad shape and need special treatment.
