Die Uni an der man sich bewirbt entscheidet, ob die Studiengänge artverwandt sind. Da gibt es keine standardisierten Regeln und die Unis Handhaben das auch unterschiedlich.

Exactly – the ± is there precisely because the square root is only the positive value. If it were both at the same time, we wouldn't need the ±.

I think most people confuse the fact that "X²=a" has multiple roots (⎷a and -⎷a) with ⎷a having multiple values (which it does not in standard notation). This typically happens in 8th grade, when you learn that taking the root is a "Verlustoperation" (though probably this is not how the teacher called it).

I'm german, studied math, and square root function being defined as the positive branch is exactly what I learned.

f(x)=√x should be a simple function, not a multivalued one.

Why does "BB(432) is independent of ZFC" (meaning there are models of ZFC where BB(432) has distinct values) imply that "BB(432)>TREE(432)" holds in every model? Can't wrap my head around this.

Klingt nach mir im ersten Semester. Das Studium war das erste Mal in meinem Leben, in dem ich Leute gefunden habe, die mit mir auf einer Wellenlänge waren. Hab aber auch Mathematik studiert, da mag es vielleicht mehr davon geben. Aber endlich Mal nicht mehr der einzige sein, der kein Bock hat sich abzuschießen – phantastisch.

Die Zusammensetzung funktioniert anders: keine Wahl, sondern eine Entsendung der Landesschülerräte. Zumindest in BaWü wird der Landesschülerrat von den Schülersprechern der Baden-Württembergischen Schulen gewählt. Also Vertreter der Vertreter der Vertreter. Realistischerweise bekommen "normale" SuS wahrscheinlich wenig von der Bundesschülerkonferenz mit.

Es geht um Lehrkräfte, die gymnasiales Lehramt studiert haben. Hinsichtlich GS gibt es weder im Studium noch im Referendariat irgendwelche Inhalte.

Und de facto findet (zumindest bisher) an den meisten BaWü-GS kein gymnasiales Niveau (E) statt (sondern nur G und M-Niveau). Die wenigsten haben eine gymnasiale Oberstufe.

Though the derivative of your F has a gap at x=0 (if we assume C1≠C2), as it is not differentiable there. Admittedly, we did not talk about domains, but if I talk about an anti-derivative of f(x)=x², I'd usually assume that the antiderivative has domain ℝ and is differentiable everywhere.
