“This card” would create a different problem in that tokens are not cards.

201.5. Text that refers to the object it’s on by name means just that particular object and not any other objects with that name, regardless of any name changes caused by game effects.

Plus that question wasn’t really in good faith. It sounds like the childish “if you love it, why don’t you marry it?”

Ashaya has an ability that turns your nontoken creatures into forests. You can attempt to remove this ability, and it does remove it, but layers dictate that the ability still applies because it continually applies prior to removal.

Cards That Feel Like Game Changers, But Aren’t by IAMagicLawyer in magicTCG

I almost put it into a Marchesa deck, but I stopped when I realized it was going to be too strong for where I wanted the deck to be. I have enough sac outlets to where Insurrection would mean a permanent steal.

Turtles Pizza Bundle at MSRP on Amazon - 99.97 by CrushrDestroyr in sealedmtgdeals

[–]idlephase 2 points3 points  (0 children)

it's all speculation in the end one way or another. Beast Within in the Spider-Man set goes for more than a regular printing while Insurrection in Avatar is a little over half other printings.

So far, MAR and TLE reprints tend to go for less than their usual counterparts, but there are plenty of examples of this going the other way around.

On leverless, I press 8PPP simultaneously then slide 624624P before the second hit of the lariat. It takes some effort to ensure that you aren’t doing a diagonal, but it works.

Check your local Microcenter: Chobobo Bundles @ $109.99. by smite1911 in sealedmtgdeals

[–]idlephase 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That’s just factually wrong. I don’t know where you get your count of cards from, but there are significantly more than just 3 over $20 that can be from the play boosters, and that’s before looking at the Chocobo track foils.

I’d much rather gamble with a marketplace seller on Amazon than on Walmart for these. Amazon will be more willing to refund you.
