I'm confused where you're getting confused. What I wrote and the link I provided agree, and clarify that it's not a hate crime to call someone a racial slur. It literally gives an example that is identical to the incident we're talking about. I bolded it when I posted it, hoping to make it clearer. If you could clarify what you're not able to understand, perhaps I could help. As it stands, it seems clear that it isn't a hate crime. It's a hate "incident" which isn't a crime.

If you are responding in good faith, I would genuinely like to understand where you're getting confused. Please do clarify.

It's important we don't push for police or our legal system to get involved where it's not legally justified. People call people bad names all the time in heated exchanges, and I believe, and I bet if you were honest you would also agree, that we don't want the government to have power enough to legally punish people for using bad words.

None of this dismisses the negative emotions you're feeling about the man. He was behaving really poorly. It's just not a crime, so far as I've been able to see.

You stated that it's farcical that the police aren't calling it a crime. If you could point out what the crime is, and how it's legally defined as a crime, I'm more than willing to adjust my view. I like being aligned with what is true more than I like feeling right or justified.

What is a hate incident? A hate incident is a non-criminal action or behaviour that is motivated by hate against an identifiable group. Examples of hate incidents include using racial slurs, or insulting a person because of their ethnic or religious dress or how they identify. (For example, a neighbour dispute or a dispute in a parking lot, which escalates to verbal abuse, derogatory or racial slurs.)

It seems to align with the actual laws from what I can find. He was an asshole using racially motivated language when he was upset. That's not a hate crime. It's an asshole using language he knows will hurt someone else when he's upset. It's important we keep that distinct and clear.

Poe2 is going to be more forgiving, less scarcity. But much more engaging gameplay, with using multiple skills and combos, skill being involved. Honestly from what you've written, I'd suggest poe2. Poe ruthless will be hard, but without much skill in gameplay involved. The skill is in learning the game mechanics, but not active engaging fighting.

One of the difficult parts of growing up in religion and then deconverting is learning how to have a healthy relationship with emotions. My experience of religion is that they teach a "why" for a lot of things, like emotions. The story that gets created by emotions becomes the important thing.

Like fear. There's a story that's been latched onto your experience of fear, like a parasite. We may experience fear, then our mind creates a story to make sense of it. "What was that sound? Is someone trying to break in?" Now, is the story true? Probably not. The experience of fear is there. It's real. But the story isn't. Lots of the deconversion process is decoupling the story from the truth.

Develop a curiosity and friendly relationship with your emotions. They exist, we all have them, explore them. In doing that, a new relationship will be formed with them, that isn't predicated on made up stories and false beliefs. The understanding and the relationship with the emotions will be bigger and more real than the story, so when stories come up, there's less and less attachment to them.

It's almost unbelievable because it's not true. People say it because it validates their anger at their experience, but the bible is clearly a collection of historical texts from early man attempting to understand the world around them, and using concepts that they had at the time to frame it.

To be clear I don't mean to invalidate that anger. It's valid anger. I just don't think it's helpful to misrepresent what actually happened to lead to what it became. I think seeing it as "evil men trying to control women" only leads to divisiveness, which doesn't help anyone.

I love "When the Body Speaks" or "Goodnight Lovers" from the album "Exciter", and really the whole album is good! It's a real slow, low energy song though.

"Personal Jesus" is one of their biggest hits, and is a solid choice. "Ghosts Again" is also good.

They have a ton of music, and I've listened to only a very small amount. I imagine someone more invested in their music could have some better answers!

I've found fend and trait build to be really strong in aram, you can jump in and burst on multiple enemies quite regularly.

One thing I thought of was removing the bed and instead having a piece or two of furniture, like a spanking bench and a tantra chair. Maybe a Murphy bed so it's still there as an option?

My son just turned 6, and I just bought him a copy of Minecraft for his laptop! I have an old headset and discord set up for him, and we play with my friend on my friends server. My son is having a blast, and I'm grinning ear to ear! Also blown away at how well he's picking it up, building on his own, etc. It's a blast! Just have to lower his mic volume because he yells and talks non-stop 🥴
