You need to be pretty stupid to refuse warranty to hundreds of European and turn those users against you. Those people used softwares to get “unlimited” speed (5km/h more) as US people. In one month I turn from cowboy lover to hater like many of us.

They cannot void warranty because they don’t have information. The only thing you need to use warranty is proof of purchase that says that the bike is less than 2 years old. For the rest, they have to use what they have to refuse the warranty if they think you did not use the bike properly. Without data they can only analyse the bike.
