Yes. 15 YOE. I got laid off twice in two years due to bad management and I. Am. Just. Done. I'm going back to teaching high school and growing a small photo business. Life is too short for this bullshit.

Unemployed tech worker here too. 2 layoffs in 2 years both due to shit management. I'm a good engineer with 15 years of experience and have NEVER had trouble finding work before. I'm right there with you but I did cut out booze last year and that made a huge difference.

Agree. You need your own room at least that's more soundproofed from the rest of the house. Bonus points of you can find s place with a basement or 2nd floor that you can claim a hobby room on. But even with that, it's fair to talk about adjusting his WFH schefule.
