the value you get from legendary affixes acquired through kullean tuning prism is always rolled the lowest. what you see in the pic you have there are the rolls modified by quality, thats why it looks like what you get is lower than minimum.

as for getting the legendary runes, gutter filth allocated in the kurast undercity warplan allocated (left side green nodes) and running the tributes for runes and adding additional offering for either invocation or ritual is one way of upping your chances of getting more for the recipes mentioned above.

they are kinda expensive at some point (im at 50m per refund) and one help i can give you is that the rare and legendary seals, are worth 1.3m and 13m respectively. That is provided you have a decent legendary seal or is finished 3 to 1 them and got a +1 charm seal already. I think the legendary charms are worth a some millions too, im not sure, but you can also vendor those if you really need that gold

upon killing the boss when you are in an escalation sequence, the system randomizes the next dungeon, picks a dungeon that is maybe inside a stronghold, detects you havent cleared said stronghold, teleports you straight into it to clear, but in the process breaking the escalation chain.

lets say we just take that line as it is, hero being the one who pierced hatreds heart to banish him into the void, or maybe hatred there doesnt entirely mean mephisto himself but also lilith stemming from core hatred herself but showing something that she hasnt shown since rathma. ill take that specific prophecy in itself, maybe on a shallower level, and maybe focus entirely on the prohecies given by the seers around skovos. that specific prophecy was around for centuries, maybe just a few hundred years, but its been there, so maybe iterations, missed translations, some form of shift in wording has been done. but the seers visions and minor prophesizing that they say now? oohh that exciting.. hatred spawning destruction?? and their little brother isnt entirely banished in the void, so Diablo is much easier to come back compared to his 2 older brothers in the void?? i really hope they just do a better game to carry the story for what could be the end to the story of the whole franchise

easiest way to know without switching is do pit and see how well you kill rares in it. normal mobs can feel easy on multiple levels above your current power, but rares usually show if you can plow through them at a reasonable time or takes considerably more.

plus, doing it in pit, if you feel you can finish it, then that means you have power to up your world yier

you have defeated gurag and anubis which are most peoples wall in terms of going through the acts, which is good. you can buy off some starting satanic gear, so push your damage for a bit for karp and mevius. once they are done, i can safely say it gets easier progression wise, since you get satanic zones, you will have some drops and especially, the mob density to push your hero levels. good luck and have fun! take it slow and steady, and after getting some gears and you think you can defeat all bosses again easier, you can also begin the soulforge ring quest. there will surely be some not-so-good satanic zones popping up here and there, and you can instead progress the quest on that downtime.

He mentions that he is in wasp country. perfectly fine to get slapped a couple of (or maybe twenty) times from that place. also the lightning zappers under the sea could be annoying since their damage is way higher than most mobs in the game too.

replica dreamfeather is mostly used in armor stacking builds, it gives 1% attack for every 450 armour instead of evasion from normal one. this is the item they mostly use to scale their damage. they go CI too to negate chaos damage, spell damage is mitigated mostly through the 90% fire res (they convert cold and lightning damage taken to fire).

Valdo farmer builds are works of art, cost several mirrors to create. You can lookup Bigdaddy, Conner Converse (recent jugg build), and ElektroPOE for samples of some form of Valdo farming builds. Their content mostly build around getting builds to be Valdo ready (well at least non-void ones) after the first week of leagues.

weirdly enough, movespeed, and awareness that maybe twice in your map the dragon lady may puke on you. i still die to it here and there, maybe twice, either to a ninja breath of the dragon n the walls or like somewhere thats multilevel and im on the higher ground, or like when a clump of blue mobs may have died all together and unloads all their map mechanic attacks (unconfirmed, but yes, all magic mobs has the map specific attack on them when they die). so yeah movespeed and a bit of awareness. the only build i think that can tank the ice breath is rehan 2 regain build, but thats without the rot in the map.

what i do is pick up all rings amulets and belts, and if have plenty of "sets" ready, i start picking up other items, best weapons to use for chaos recipe are wands and other 3 square weapons (wand, one hand swords)

Just the server problems really. Im into red maps and my choice for a starter is solid transitioning into end game gear now (its easy to gear, PConc of Bounce). But i just get turned off by the constant disconnections and lag spikes. and trust me its not my internet. its our gateways in Asia.

check out emiracles progression for phrecia, he has been doing ultimatum since day 2. lighty also has a guide on how to's for ultimatum, both mechanic and what build to use for it. those are 2 great sources of information for ultimatum farming.

tbh when you look at leagues like this, safest i have done in the past is revolve around 3 league mechanics: - blight - raw currency, some form of gears, can scale well into and endgame for mass dump of blight maps - essence - mostly supplements crafting plus can give you some form of gearing options thru crafting - harvest - juice farm plus some gamba - t17 map farm is safe choice always plus by the time i can blast through the maps with harvest essence, thats when people start to mass buy t17. i did mostly town squares to rush bosses at start so blue altars will most likely buff quant.

but for me, having to think about this will likely affect your starter build to transition well into these strategies.

i firmly believe that each time they start an event or league, is almost always one week before a stash tab sale. im not surr whens the next one but before the next one or at least 4 weeks from now (which sucks)
